The sole purpose of the the Thrift Shop is to raise money for our animal rescue programs.
The more we sell the more animals we can rescue! Equally important is the quality of our donations.

Thank you:
We are very grateful to the many generous Alaskans who have donated many good-quality and usable items to us.
Your donations are tax-deductible — and those donations have been directly responsible for the rescue of
all of the animals shown on this website.
When you contribute items, not only do you help us to rescue, feed, and
care for more animals, but shoppers benefit directly... all because of
YOU!
Microchipping Clinic:
We conduct low-cost microchip clinics at the Thrift Shop on various dates during the year. The cost for a cat microchip is $20, and a dog microchip is $30. Call 562-1092 for more information.
Donation Information:
We ask that you please make your donations in good, usable condition or we cannot sell them.
It costs us a lot of money to dispose of unusable items — taking much-needed resources away from our animal-rescue efforts.
A good rule of thumb is that if you wouldn't buy a particular item because of its quality, most likely no one else would either.
