Low- to No-Cost Spay/Neuter Surgeries
for Cats Only (RETURNING in 2009)
There are too many unwanted cats in Anchorage.
We must spay and neuter to end this tragedy.
To help reach the goal of reducing unwanted cats in Anchorage, the
Alaska SPCA very successfully offered low- to no-cost spay and neuter surgeries
for Anchorage cats in its Mobile Spay and Neuter Van – and we "fixed" 319 kitties!
In Summer 2009, the Alaska SPCA Mobile Spay and
Neuter Van will be back in the following neighborhoods for more Fix a Feline events:
• Fairview
• Mountain View
• Spenard
• Muldoon
• Girdwood
• Eagle River
• South Anchorage
Surgery appointments are limited, and we can NOT take "drop-ins" on any days.
Call 230-2171 for more information. We will be back in the van for Summer 2009.
Thank you for being a responsible cat owner/cat advocate and helping to spread
the word about cat overpopulation and how we can help be the solution!.
