Volunteer Opportunities at the Walt Whitman Birthplace:

Volunteering

The Walt Whitman Birthplace State Historic Site is in need of volunteers to work as museum guides, part-time during the week and weekends, at the birthplace throughout the year. We are also in need of volunteers to assist our curator with various projects and the managing of the Walt Whitman Birthplace Association’s archives collection. We also need assistance with our museum shop and clerical work.

For information on how to volunteer at the Birthplace call: 631-427-5240
