If you’re recording using your camera then you should know how to do that already.   If you’re recording using your webcam, you normally get a program which records for you.  If you’re wondering how I record myself in my home office, I use a webcam.  A very good one that is.  I bought the Logitech “Quickcam Sphere”.  I bought it from a local computer store for about $120.  For a webcam, this webcam produces really high quality video.

I use this and thousands of others use it too.   It’s easy to use, like the title says.  Just open the video, convert it to make it smaller in size and copy and paste the provided code to your site.   Your viewers will then be able to watch your video.
