Call for Conference Scholarship Applicants

Criteria for Conference Scholarship:

Ø Current PAID Membership

Ø Member for at least three years

Ø Limit each recipient’s eligibility to once every five years

Ø Applicant may apply or may be nominated by TPHA members

Letter of Application/Nomination must include but not be limited to:

v Name - Demographics (address, work phone #, etc.)

v TPHA section and length of membership

v TPHA activities and contributions

v Statement of needs
