Renewing or New Members:
To pay your membership dues, either mail a check to TPHA at the above address or click on the "Pay Pal" button on the bottom of the page to pay with your credit card. 
Please indicate which section(s) you wish to affiliate with. Your membership dues are good for one year from the date on the application. 
Please indicate on your application form how you paid.
Annual Membership Dues
Fellows  $65
Active/Associate $55
Retiree Dues $35
Student Dues $15

Benefits of Membership: 
1)
All members receive the Texas Public Health Journal
2)Reduced meeting registration fees,
3) Continuing education credits offered at TPHA conferences.  For example 
CNE, CME, CHES, social work, sanitarian.
4Networking opportunities with peers

5) Access to public health information, resources, planning and advocacy

6) Opportunities to Showcase Your Work and compete for awards in the Public Health Presentations Competition with Special Student Award and the Student Essay Competition
7) Leadership opportunities, including service on the Governing Council, Executive Board and Committees
8) Eligibility to join the Texas Department of Health Credit Union.
9) Eligibility for several different types of Scholarships

Your dues entitle you to a primary membership in one TPHA Section (see the list of sections).
Non-voting secondary memberships in additional sections cost $5.00 each per year (waived for student members).
