St. Martin Center, Inc., established in 1952 and incorporated in 1969, is a non-profit organization that engages in work among the needy and provides services to all individuals regardless of race or religion.  For over 50 years we have been helping individuals become independent and productive citizens.  We are a social service agency that has gained a reputation of treating individuals in crisis with dignity and respect, enabling them to successfully become independent.

St. Martin Center was named after the Roman Catholic Saint Martin of Tours who is the patron saint of France and soldiers.  He is most known for his generosity to the less fortunate.  The most famous story about Saint Martin is of how he cut his cloak in half and gave it to a freezing beggar.

St. Martin Center tries to emulate this approach.  We serve those in need with a variety of services to satisfy their most basic life necessities.
