Whether we are adult children, parents, patients, students, or clients, many of us hold the role of caregiver in different settings and can benefit by improving our self-care and support system.  This workshop is for personal or professional caregivers and designed to give you ideas, techniques, resources and permission to enhance your wellbeing.

Our keynote speaker for this meaningful day will be Dr. Leonard Mees, a faily practice physician for more than 20 years, author of two books on creating a healthy lifestyle and a nationally known health education speaker. Also, a panel of local professionals in the health and wellness fields will present information, resources and an
opportunity for dialogue.
