Since 1977, the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation has been the leading advocate for the preservation of Saratoga Springs’ unique architectural, cultural and landscaped heritage. We continue to shine a spotlight on new opportunities for community growth and economic development through preservation.
We believe that there is a special feeling you get when you walk down a street in Saratoga Springs, because everyone in the city takes pride in creating and sustaining a vibrant and successful city. By investing in the preservation of Broadway, we now enjoy a downtown district that draws residents and visitors to shop, live, dine, and be entertained. Each of the six local historic districts in Saratoga Springs has its own charm and character reflected in the historic architecture of that neighborhood.
The Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation encourages good stewardship of our architectural heritage through educational programs, technical assistance, and advocacy. Our programs are supported through the generosity of our members.
