I love this idea and think that leeting people step out side of the box and fail if they fail even though we do not want them to may be the best learning tool for everyone. After all we all fail and make mistakes to learn from them and move on. This is how we all grow and learn so even though it is hard to let them step out of the box we need to do our best just as we had to do with ourselves.
