One Stop Senior Services
 One Stop Senior Services
Environmental Policy 2009

One Stop Senior Services is strongly committed to minimizing our organization’s impact on the environment in all of our endeavors. In support of this commitment, One Stop strives to:
  • Comply with all relevant environmental legislation and regulations.
  • Minimize fuel consumption by facilitating the ability of those employees and contractors whose jobs can be done outside of the office to work from home. For those employees who must be on site to serve our clients, our office is located near public transportation, including multiple subway and bus lines.
  • Offer information digitally when possible. Recently, we have increased our efforts to provide more information online and via email. For the first time, our Annual Report was only produced digitally.
  • Review continually our practices and to find new ways to reduce, reuse and recycle our own materials, as well as to purchase recycled materials when possible.

We will continue to seek new ways to help preserve our global environment and our local community, as well as to forge new and innovative partnerships with other organizations in support of this effort.
