1. Entry to the competitions is restricted to one entry per youth club member
2. Multiple entries will be disqualified
3. Designs must be original
4. Include the completed Competition Entry form with submission
5. Competition is opened only to Financial BPW Youth Department members
6. Winning entries will be notified by January 10, 2010; Awards will be presented at the 75th National Convention
7. The first place winner will be credited for design, if used, as appropriate
8. All submissions become the property NANBPWC
9. NANBPWC reserves the right to determine if the winning design [theme and/or logo] will actually be
used for the Convention
10. All entries must be submitted in an electronic format, i.e., .jpeg. Do not submit in .pdf
11. The competition will run from September 1, 2009 through November 30, 2009
12. Entries need to be submitted to National 2nd Vice President via email @ tonealford@yahoo.com .
