Maximum Accessible Housing of Ohio (MAHO)
carries out its Mission through two program areas:
Vistas Apartment Living Program
Five apartment communities located throughout Northeast Ohio offering accessible, affordable housing for people with physical, mobility disabilities. All of our buildings are fully accessible and the rent is subsidized so tenants pay 30 percent of their income for rent.
Our 5 apartment communities are:
(Click on each project name for more information and a map)
Located at 11607 Euclid Avenue in the University Circle area of Cleveland.
Near Parmatown at 6905 Ridge Road in Parma.
In Mentor-on-the-Lake at 5734 Andrews Road.
Behind the Sheffield Centre at 1480 Lincoln Blvd. in Sheffield Township.
In Avon Lake, at 371 Lear Road, immediately behind Learwood Square Shopping Center.

Accessible Housing Resource Center (AHRC)
The AHRC encompasses four overlapping activity areas: Advocacy, Information and Referral, Accessibility Consulting and Training, and a database for Apartment Matching.

The database is here! HousingCleveland.org is a Web site providing free listings of affordable rental housing in Cuyahoga County. Units with accessibility features are identified. Types of rental properties are described as well as housing support programs. MAHO partnered with other community organizations to develop this Web site. Click on HousingCleveland.org to learn more and to start exploring.
