Stacey Taylor was Director of Human Resources in 2004 and 2005. Having served in the U.S. Air Force as an air traffic controller, recruiter, trainer, and manager, she understands how human resources are organized to successfully execute complex and demanding missions. She earned a Master of Science degree in Management and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University, and is a Member of the Cleveland Society for Human Resource Management. After 13 years of service in the U.S.A.F., she served in management positions at American Greetings, Steelcase, and the Cleveland Orchestra. She continues to teach human resources and management courses as an Adjunct Faculty Member of Cuyahoga Community College.

An annual audit is conducted by an independent, certified accounting firm, with financial statements prepared with generally-accepted accounting principles. Audits are conducted in accordance with Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United States.
Annual audits have concluded that financial resources are used for the sole purpose of supporting program services and activities. There have been no HUD findings or audit findings for any of our programs.

Kelli Barnett was our Human Resources Coordinator. Her duties include employee recruitment and benefits administration. She is a graduate of Kent State University, and has worked in the Human Resources field for more than three years. Before she joined MHS in September, 2004, she was a Senior HR Assistant at Charter One Bank. Ms Barnett is passionate about her work, and says she finds working at MHS to be challenging, yet rewarding.

Charles Byrd, L.I.S.W. managed the Kingsbury Manor permanent housing program.

Angel L. Jacobs was a Program Manager of the Community Women's Shelter. Having earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees - one in Business Administration, and another in Human Resources - Ms Jacobs served an internship at MHS during the first year of her pursuit of a Master’s degree in Labor Relations at Cleveland State University. Her considerable talents, infectious energy, and productive capacity make her well suited to manage the busy operations of a 24/7 program.

Cynthia Chaytor, M.S.N., was the Director of the Community Women's Shelter from its opening on 4 February 2004, until the end of May 2006. Ms Chaytor came to MHS in 1995 as a Manager of the Mobile Crisis Team. She later managed many MHS homeless assistance services, and then became the Director of Quality Assurance. She created procedures for the effective coordination of care across MHS programs, and was instrumental in the decision by MHS Trustees to take on this challenging shelter program.

Kimberly DiCillo provided community psychiatric supportive treatment services for homeless adults. She was with MHS from October 2001 until November 2006.

Kerry Bohac was Director of Human Resources. She left MHS in November 2007 to return to work with her father in the skilled nursing care business.
