Violette Villard and Antoine Châtelet have completed their most recent film, "Angel Words", or "Hors-Sujet".
The film is a sequel to an award winning documentary they previously made in France revolving around the world and interactions of a group of fascinating individuals, young adults, with diagnoses such as Autism, and strong spirits and flares for poetry and life.
Violette and Antoine filmed this same group on their recent excursion from France to the United States. On this trip the group met with Lamp Art Project members and had lunch at Lamp Village.
Small glimpses of that encounter with Lamp are captured in the swirling imagery and emotions of " Angel Words", the cinematic accounting of the journey of their friends to the strange land and environs of Los Angeles.

Violette and Antoine display stark wizardry in their film making, and passion in their social action. They made immediate and lasting friendships with many Lamp members such as Bart, Xochitl (Gaby), Darlene, Ed, Astrid, Joan, and many others.
They have developed a particularly strong connection with Gaby and are currently dialoguing with her about rendering one of Gaby's ideas into a film, a collaboration between themselves and Gaby.

The ironically nihilistic sounding title of their production company, "So What Productions", might belie the sensitivities of these artists, and friends, of Lamp Art Project. Their lives have deepened our lives.
