Helping Hands Village provides transitional affordable housing for homeless families with children who demonstrate an ability and intent to become self-sufficient. 

Helping Hands has an option on two plus acres west of Mayport Road.  We estimate sufficient space to build 18 townhomes on this property.  At the same time, we are evaluating other property alternatives. 

Helping Hands Village is partnering with BEACHES HABITAT to build the townhomes.  This strategic alliance completes a lifecycle where HHV programs can prepare a family for eventual home ownership, perhaps through Beaches Habitat.
