  • Fiscal and administrative protocol development

  • Board development and governance

  • Legal issues related to non-profit corporations

  • Cultural competency

  • Maximizing financial resources

• Provides clinical training on issues such as:

  • Service delivery

  • Data management

  • Treatment standards

  • Training needs

  • Quality improvement

Objectives:

• To increase the capacity of minority HIV/AIDS-serving organizations by providing training and technical assistance on issues related to infrastructure.

• To assist the organizations in maximizing their financial resources by providing training in grant-writing and providing strategies to leverage and enhance their revenues.

• To assist Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) in conducting self-assessments.
