| CASA volunteers are giving children a brighter future; but there are many children still in need, still hoping to find a home, still waiting for the abuse to stop. I encourage you to get involved.
Become a Court Appointed Special Advocate for deprived children or a supporter of our CASA program.
Children in our community need your support!

Following is a list of opportunities for you to become involved with our program and make a difference in the lives of children,
one life at a time.
- There is a critical need for additional advocates for the children of Hall and Dawson Counties. Currently our program has 128 active volunteers serving over 450 children. The number of deprivation cases entering court continues to rise at an alarming rate. The need for BILINGUAL advocates is critical, as well as our current need for SPANISH INTERPRETERS.
- Please take a minute to contact our program if you are interested in becoming an Advocate for one of these children. We have two training programs scheduled per year, one held in the early spring and the other in the fall. During eight Tuesday training sessions from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, you will learn courtroom procedures and policies, signs and symptoms of abuse and neglect, and how to gather and report information about the case to the courts.
- Another way to help is by informing any interested friends, family, or co-workers who may be searching for life-changing volunteer opportunities.
- If you belong to a civic organization please consider having one of our staff as a guest speaker.
Financial needs always exist, so please considering the following:
- The Hall-Dawson CASA Program is funded by Individual Contributions, Business Contributions, Churches, Community Organizations, United Way, Georgia CASA, National CASA, and other Grants.
- We have a Memorial/Honorarium Gift Program which allows you to make a tax-deductible contribution to our program and have acknowledgement cards sent to those being honored or the families of those being remembered.
- Speak to us about putting Hall-Dawson County CASA Program, Inc. in your will.
- If you are a business owner, please keep our program in mind for in-kind gifts. Contact us for information about what type of donations are needed and accepted as In-Kind Gifts.
- Monetary and In-Kind contributions are tax-deductible.
- Keller Williams Realty has invited CASA to be a part of their "Community Partners Program" for every refferal from a CASA volunteer, Keller Williams will donate 5% of their earned commission.
