Social Justice Fund NW is a progressive foundation based in Seattle and serving groups across the Northwest. The Funding Information Center on the 3rd floor of the Boise Public Library has many resources designed to assist nonprofit organizations. Western States Center provides training on community organizing for nonprofit organizations. Northwest Federation of Community Organizations (NWFCO) has excellent resource information available on their website. United Vision for Idaho (UVI) has been a resource for many fledgling nonprofits. Idaho Nonprofit Center offers a wide range of training that can help nonprofits find their way around the nonprofit world. Common Ground Conciliation Services provides assistance for nonprofit organizations experiencing conflict, both within the organization and between the organization and other groups.
Fundraising Resources
Network for Good lets nonprofits ACCEPT CREDIT CARD DONATIONS for a minimal processing fee. Donors can also set up repeating donations/pledges.
Change.org lets nonprofits set up pages at their site, do limited online fundraising, and ACCEPT CREDIT CARD DONATIONS for a minimal processing fee.
