Since 2007, the
Community Based Care(CBC) lead agencies throughout the State of Florida have partnered with the Florida State Foster and Adoptive Parent Association (FSFAPA) to provide on-going support to Caregivers (Foster, Adoptive,Relative and non relative parents) and children. With this help, all foster/adoptive parents in the State of Florida now are members with no annual membership in FSFAPA.
