FACT: The events planned are support the FoodBank. Participants are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items or to make donations to the FoodBank.
FACT: The thirty minute walk will be lead by the Grand Marshals from The Arbors, Mr. Wilbur Rowe and Mrs. Alease Baxter. People of all ages are invited to participate. For information on the walk contact Kelly Peck-249-7672.

FACT: A group of farmers’ market vendors and local artists will offer products to purchase during the event.
FACT: The breakfast will be held under the tent located on Styron’s Square and is sponsored by The Arbors. Those participating in events or shopping at Port Warwick are invited to attend.
FACT: Kids of all ages are invited to participate in the car race for food which will be held at the Sentara Port Warwick Medical Arts parking lot. Those under 10 years of age should be accompanied by an adult. Prizes for winners will be awarded at the conclusion of the event. For information, contact Kelly Peck-249-7672.
FACT: Lisa Ziegler, owner of the Gardener’s Workshop, will offer helpful hints and ideas on small space gardening techniques. Her presentation will focus on container gardening and using bulbs in indoor environments. Ziegler will have bulbs and other gardening supplies available to purchase. The hour program begins at eleven o’clock and will be held under the tent on Styron Square. For reservations call 898-4006
FACT: This is a free, hands on series of classes that focus on dog behavior modification, pet nutrition, holistic health care and canine massage techniques. There will be an n agility demonstration. A nationally known pet psychic, Christine Stakes will be on location for private readings by appointment. For appointments call 873-3436.
FACT: Ken Krakaur, President of Sentara Healthcare- Peninsula Region will be signing his new book, Beyond The Shore, a story of inspiration for a young girl he met while sailing from South Africa to Europe.
FACT: At one o’clock, Libbey Oliver, nationally known and honored flower arranger, will present Prelude to the Holidays. During the hour’s demonstration, Oliver will show how to combine seasonal plant material of flowers, fruits and vegetables for fall and Thanksgiving season decorations. The program will be held under the tent on Styron Square and will conclude with a book signing. For reservations, call 898-4006.
