Friends of Fort Dupont Ice Arena

Fort Dupont Ice Arena is proud to announce the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) selected Kids On Ice as their 2007-2008 charity! ALA holds several events throughout the year, with the proceeds benefiting the local charity and the ALA scholarship fund. On Saturday, October 20^th, over 20 ALA members volunteered for the ALA annual clean up event. Volunteers cleaned the parking lot, weeded tree and flower beds, disinfected the KOI helmets and washed the exterior windows. They also planted 100 daffodil bulbs – be sure to stop by in March and April to admire the flowers! On Monday, 22^nd, the ALA held their annual golf tournament. Participants donated items noted on the FDIA Wish List and donated over $2,300 raised through raffle ticket sales that day.

ALA will hold their annual dinner and silent auction in April, with proceeds from the auction benefiting Kids On Ice.
