Fall Session
Our Learn To Speed Skate class is a part of the Kids On Ice program. To learn more about Kids On Ice click here. Although this is an instructional speed skating class, students are provided opportunities to compete in local speed meets.
Speed Skating Class (ages 5-18)
Saturdays, September 12 - December 19 (no class Nov. 28)
On-Ice: 6:55 - 7:45 am Dry Land Training: 8:00 - 8:30 am
This program takes skaters from beginning speed skating skills through elite levels. It is recommended that students already have basic skating skills before enrolling (forward and backward skating, ability to stop). Registration forms will be available at the rink August 8 - September 19. The registration deadline is Saturday, September 19th. Depending on class size, registrations may be accepted after the deadline at the discretion of the Skating Directors and coaches.
