From Capitol Hill: Take Pennsylvania Avenue, across Sousa Bridge (Anacostia River). At third light, take a left on Minnesota Avenue. Go one mile to 3rd light, take a right on Ely Place. Rink about ¼ mile up Ely Place on right. Large parking lot and low, flat building.

From Georgetown: Take SE/SW Freeway to Pennsylvania Avenue. Exit Pennsylvania Avenue East. At third light, take a left on Minnesota Avenue. Go one mile to 3rd light, take a right on Ely Place. Rink about ¼ mile up Ely Place on right. Large parking lot and low, flat building.

From Northern Virginia: Take Wilson Bridge to Route 295 North. At 95/395 split, bear left on 95. Take Pennsylvania Avenue East exit. At third light, take a left on Minnesota Avenue. Go one mile to 3rd light, take a right on Ely Place. Rink about ¼ mile up Ely Place on right. Large parking lot and low, flat building.

From Prince George’s County: Take Pennsylvania Avenue/Route 4 West to Washington. Take a right on Minnesota Avenue. Go one mile to 3rd light, take a right on Ely Place. Rink about ¼ mile up Ely Place on right. Large parking lot and low, flat building.

By Metro: Take the Orange Line to Minnesota Avenue station.  From there take the U6 bus to Ely Place.  The U6 bus stops at the foot of the ice rink parking lot.  (The Minnesota Avenue metro station is slightly more than 1 mile from the rink.)
