    Santa Cruz County Family Resource Centers:  Family Resource Centers are locally based organizations that provide services and support to families in their community.  Families In Transition works in partnership with Family Resource Centers to provide additional comprehensive services to families.

Mountain Community Resources - Serves the San Lorenzo Valley and the city of Scott's Valley.

Davenport Resource Center - Provides resources to families in the North Coast area.

Familia Center - Provides services to families in the City of Santa Cruz.

Live Oak Family Resource Center - Serves families throughout mid-county.

La Manzana Family Resource Center - Provides resources to families in Watsonville and South County.
