Kim uses this same engaging style as the author of Are You Talking to Me, Every Woman’s Guide to Hearing from God (Gospel Light), Get a Spiritual Life, Staying on Track in the Midst of Distractions (also Gospel Light) and as the co-author of Redeeming the Season, Holiday Book Series (Focus on the Family®). Kim is the founder and president of Engaging Women Ministries and has a passion for helping women find enjoyment in the life God has called them to. Kim co-hosts Engaging Women®, a one hour live weekly radio program, as well as Engaging Moments Radio Commentaries. She is a contributing writer for Crosswalk.com as well as other online magazines. Kim loves to interact with women personally through Engaging Encounters Speaking Ministry. Her style is characterized with humor and depth that finds common experience with women in every season of life. In addition to encouraging women, Kim spends much of her time speaking to and teaching children. Kids love her wacky style of meeting them right where they are. Kim has been married to her fun loving husband, Tony, for 23 years and together they raise their three children, Chase 21, Bailey 18 and Hannah 16. They love living in the beautiful piney woods of East Texas. There, Kim has lots of room to indulge her passion for animals, adopting thirteen pets into the Wier household, including a new horse and a baby pig.
