Fifth Third Bank IDA Program
This program matches the savings of families toward a downpayment for the purchase of a home. Families attend twelve financial fitness classes and save $75.00 each month in an Individual Development Account (IDA) through Fifth Third Bank. At the end of twelve months, the family will have saved $900 and will be eligible for a $900 match payable at closing. Enrollment is limited. Please contact our office for additional details. This program is also sponsored by the City of Murfreesboro's Community Development Department. Classes are open to the public and are held at McFadden Community Center in Murfreesboro, TN.
Suntrust Bank IDA Program
This program matches the savings of families toward a downpayment for the purchase of a home. Families attend twelve financial fitness classes and save $40.00 each month in an Individual Development Account (IDA) through SunTrust Bank. At the end of twelve months, the family will have saved $480 and will be eligible for a $480 match payable at closing. Enrollment is limited. Please contact our office for additional details. Classes are open to the public and are held at our Smyrna Offices.
