How CATS is Funded
Services we provide are funded through a combination of client self-pay / insurance, state and county government fee for services, private foundation donations and grants, and individual giving.

The following groups help to fund various programs:
The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections provides
funding for housing.
The Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services
provides funding for treatment services.
The City of Cleveland provides funding for treatment services for clients
requiring intensive outpatient treatment.
The following private foundations and corporations have funded adjunct programs that support client needs and services.
The National Council of Jewish Women funded music therapy with
Dr. J. Lan Ye of the Broadway School of Music. (1994)
The Intuit Foundation supplied funding to pay for indigent client IDs.
The Allstate Insurance Foundation funded groups to teach clients
economic and basic money management skills.
