MARK A SPECIAL OCCASION WITH A TRIBUTE CARD!

Your tribute donation may be designed for any occasion such as a birthday, an anniversary, or a holiday or used to express your appreciation or love. When the Council receives your donation and mailing information, an attractive tribute card will be sent to the person or family that you designate. The amount of the gift will not be mentioned. You, as the donor, also will receive an acknowledgement letter. Your contributions are fully tax deductible.

Tribute cards are printed on a 4.25 X 5.5 inch off-white tent-fold card. The CJSN Logo is on the front and the Council's Mission Statement is on the back. The inside of the card is blank.

Your tributes and other donations can be directed to a specific fund:

Sattler Memorial Special Education Fund:

Provides funds for special education and inclusion programs in Jewish preschools, religious schools and day schools.

Morris Asher Memorial Camp Fund: Provides staff and resources to enable children with disabilities to attend regular Jewish day camps and sleep-away camps.
Maurice and Suzanne Sandler Community Education Fund: Provides funds for speakers, disability awareness workshops and other presentations on topics related to disabling conditions.
Irvin Gross Memorial Adult Fund: Provides funds to expand program resources and support to adults with disabilities.
Yad B'Yad Social Group Fund: Provides staff and resources for the Yad B'Yad Social group which meets twice a month for religious, social, educational and recreational activities.
Keshet Social Group Fund: Provides staff and resources for the Keshet Social group which meets twice a month for religious, social, educational and recreational activities.
Shalom House Activity Fund:  Provides funds for activities for the residents of Shalom House, a supervised group home for adult men with developmental disabilities. 

Residential Programs Fund:

Provides emergency funds for current and future supervised Jewish group adult residences.

Shalom House Fund: 

Provides funds for the maintenance of Shalom House, a supervised group residence for adult men with development disabilities.

Simcha House Fund:

Provides funds for the establishment of Simcha House, a supervised group residence for adults with development disabilities.

Keshet House Fund:

Provides funds for the establishment of Keshet House, a supervised group residence for adults with development disabilities.

Founders Fund:

Discretionary fund for disbursements made by the Council's founders.

General Fund:

Provides funds for the day-to-day operations of the Council's many programs and services for children and adults who have disabilities.
