SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS

In an effort to include children and adults who are hearing impaired in all the activities of the Jewish community, the Council makes every effort to provide sign language or oral interpreters upon request. Interpreters assist children in religious schools, camps, youth groups and special events. Adults use interpreters for services in synagogues, adult education and Jewish organization meetings. High Holiday services are always interpreted in at least one site.

The Council For Jews With Special Needs is a constituent agency of the Jewish Federation of Greater Phoenix: www.jewishphoenix.org
