Recreation and Fitness
To help you stay healthy and active; Channing House offers many recreational and fitness opportunities. You are welcome to join one of our water aerobics classes, or swim laps, in our heated indoor pool. Let our fitness trainer design an exercise program just for you in our state-of- the art fitness center. Tai Chi, Gentle Aerobics, Line Dancing, Balance Class and the walking path on the 11th floor (what a view!) are even more opportunities to stay fit and have fun at Channing House.
