Home-Based Counseling and Case Management Services

Displacement, even from an unhappy home, can lead to further pain, trauma and anger for children.

These programs help families work together to stay together:

  • Intensive Case Management Wrap Program
  • Enhancement
  • Persons In Need of Supervision (PINS)-Early Intervention
  • Supportive Case Management-Detention Transition

These programs help families work together to stay together.  Intensive counseling, case management and additional services to address unmet needs, support families to gain the skills necessary to safely preserve the family unit.  CATS' staff, in partnership with families, has successfully reduced the number of children needing foster care, psychiatric hospitalization, residential treatment or detention.
