Community Partnerships/Family Support Centers

Most academic problems cannot be successfully addressed in isolation from other difficulties.

This program brings into partnership educators and human service agencies to comprehensively address the needs of children and their families resulting in:

• Improved attendance
• Fewer referrals for special education
• Decreased disciplinary referrals
• Increased academic success

CATS' staff work daily with school districts, including Akron, Amherst, Buffalo, City of Tonawanda, East Aurora, Grand Island, Hamburg, Lakeshore, Lancaster, Sweet Home and Williamsville.
