The quality of the services you receive is our number one priority at Barrier Free Living, Inc. If, at any point, you are dissatisfied with the services you have received, the following process is in place to resolve your problems and, if possible, bring you satisfaction :
If you are unhappy with something that an employee of Barrier Free Living has done, and have not been able to resolve the issue with that employee, we ask you to first speak to that employee’s direct supervisor.
If that supervisor has not been able to resolve the problem, we ask you to address that complaint with the director of the program (in some cases, the employee’s supervisor is the program director).
If the director cannot resolve the problem, it may be addressed to the President/CEO, Paul Feuerstein.

Complaints of Shelter Program staff:
