AAAP 2009
26th Annual Education Meeting
The Rittenhouse Hotel - Philadelphia, PA
May 2-5, 2009

Philadelphia is most famously known as the birthplace of American democracy, but you will also find it’s an ideal meeting place and destination for discovery. Philadelphia is jam packed with history, restaurants, museums, galleries, shopping and attractions.

The Rittenhouse Hotel is located in historic Rittenhouse Square. This intimate hotel (only 98 guest rooms) boasts the largest guest rooms in Philadelphia and includes two restaurants and the Boathouse Row Bar. There is a full service spa, beauty salon and fitness center with an indoor pool.

Since the hotel is a smaller hotel, we are strongly encouraging guests to make their reservations early. Members who complete the meeting registration by April 1, 2009 will be automatically entered into a drawing for a $50 gift certificate to the hotel spa/beauty salon.

On Monday afternoon, there will be an optional tour to the historic National Constitution Center. The cost for the tour will be $15 per person. Guests are welcome at the same rate. Transportation to the National Constitution Center will be included. For more information, log on to constitutioncenter.org .

If you are a runner, the 2009 Blue Cross Broad Street Run will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2009. It is the largest 10-mile run in the United States. For more information, log on to broadstreetrun.com.

Are you interested in seeing the World Champion Philadelphia Phillies? On Saturday, May 2, 2009, the Phillies are playing the New York Mets at Citizens Bank Park. For more information, log on to phillies.com.

We are also planning some activities for spouses and other guests. More details will follow on planned activities.
