  • Member - The registration fee includes access to all professional development sessions, food functions, and Monday evening’s event.
  • Non-Member - A co-worker or an associate within the profession. The registration fee includes access to all professional development sessions, food functions, and Monday evening’s event.
  • Site Host or Emeritus Attendee
  • Guests - A guest is a spouse/significant other, family member, or friend, who is not in this specific profession-related occupation. Guests are invited to attend Sunday Brunch, Sunday’s reception, Monday evening's event.  Fees associated with attending each of these functions are noted below.

Fees:

MEMBER AND NON-MEMBER FEES

  • Member (early registration on or before April 18, 2008) - $375.00
  • Member (registration after April 18, 2008) - $450.00
  • Non-Member - $450.00
  • Emeritus Attendee - Free for 25th Anniversary Conference

GUEST FEES

  • Guest Sunday Brunch - $60.00
  • Guest Sunday Reception - $45.00
  • Guest Monday Evening Event - $100.00

Cancellation Policy:

Written notice of cancellation and request for refund must be received on or before April 18, 2008, for a full refund. NO REFUNDS will be made after May 1, 2008.


Registration Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation by email of your online registration as soon as it is submitted.

We are happy offer a couple special events

Saturday, May 17th
Jeep Tour - 3.5hr ride through the desert and the ultimate way to 'understand' the Sonoran desert. Very 'interactive' tour, so cameras are a must! Each jeep holds 6 people. $88.00 per person - Contact: Natalie Marchioni, Ventana Canyon, Destination Services 520.529.7927 to pre-register. Register by May 14, 5:00 pm MST. There are no cancellations after May 14, 5:00 pm MST. Charges will be billed directly to your room.


Sunday, May 18th
Custom exclusive Yoga Class at 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM. Scheduled for the Upper Terrace location. $25 fee payable to AAAP. If you wish to participate in this class, email Jackie@planningconnection.com. Fee payable in advance or at registration on Saturday between 2:00-5:00 pm
