YWCA Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please choose your programs carefully as makeup and substitute classes are not offered.

The YWCA reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient registration. In the event of a cancellation, program fees will be refunded (excluding membership fees) by mail.

The YWCA does not pro-rate late sign ups for classes/programs.

The following applies to all classes/programs with the exception of Preschool, Summer Camp, and the YWCA Technology Center.

No money will be refunded for incomplete classes or reasons other than above.

Class credit or refunds will be given only for insufficient enrollment whereby the YWCA cancels class or for medical reasons certified in writing by a physician.

Request for refunds must be received in writing before the third week of class. The refunded amount will be only for those sessions remaining after notification.
