Our impression is the elephant in the room was the WV Rd widening project and that the only real purpose for town incorporation is to stop that effort. There was no long term plan or business case presented to show how a town of Williamson Valley would be a viable financial entity in the long term. We do not see the fundamental reason for a town of Williamson Valley to exist since there is no central business or cultural focal point for such an entity.
