"A PIF Mentor Passes Forward Information Online To Help Others"
PIF and you are now netmentoring with all people and organizations that also want to help make the world a better place. Additionally PIF is giving every single person the opportunity to have a mentor and to be a mentor.
We are not asking anyone for any money, only a little bit of time to make this all probable. One by one individuals as well as businesses are creating their own PIF program. Once you have your own PIF program, we welcome you to access this website as if it were your own.
The Concept: Take a look at the 100 Ways To Pass It Forward for Teens - Pick one way (in your heart) and your volunteer mentor will help you find 99 other like minded people or organizations to do the rest. The "A United World" website will provide all of the tools necessary to implement your idea so you can make a difference in this world!
Creating PIF Mentor Relationships:
1. Once protégés become mentors they will then have the opportunity to network and mentor others as well as be mentored by others online in the Q&A chat room.
2. The mentor's continually help one another create ways to implement their purpose, passion and gift by networking with other like minded people and organizations that are all part of this PIF movement.
3. Be your own best salesperson and have specific goals you'd like your mentors to help you address.
4. Protégés hardly ever actually meet their mentors in person as they are continually communicating with other mentors globally over the internet.
5. All mentors must abide by all six pillars of character at all times. The six pillars are:
Respect, Responsibility, Sharing, Caring, Trustworthiness & Citizenship.
6. The "A United World" website is free resource for the mentors to help their proteges achieve their goals. Mentors help one another connect with other like-minded people and organizations to collaborate with by referring one another to the many resources available on this site.
7. All PIF's must be acceptable to 100% of people or it will not be considered a PIF.
PIF Mentor Responsibilities:
Step #1. Be an example for your protégé as well as other mentors by being positive and always trying to help their needs. People learn best by watching and imitating others.
Step #2. Help one another help others right away.
Step #3. Refer your protégé as well as other mentors to the unlimited resources on the PIF website. Impress upon your peers the importance of social responsibility and the idea that you can help those who are less fortunate than you.
Step #4. Find opportunities to talk to your protégé (as well as other mentors) about what’s happening in the world. Discuss how you could help change things for the better, and teach by example abd show others that even a little bit of time or effort can help make a big difference.
Step #5. Determine your protégé’s interests or talents and help them create their own PIF based upon their gift. Help your protégé (and other mentors) find like minded people and organizations to network with.
Step #6. Look for like-minded groups that promote giving so your protégé can network with peers who have similar goals and interests.
Step #7. Mentors can create their own volunteer activities as well as advertise themselves by using the many resources available so that they can help others help themselves and then pass it forward too.
Now everyone can create their own PIF nonprofit program (optional) based upon their gift or a specific PIF moment that may have happened in their past.
