Welcome to the Worlds Largest Mentoring (Acts of Kindness) Movement. We are looking for students that wish to be either the Pass It Forward Director, Supervisor, or Ambassador for your school. Are you interested in helping to make your school or even the world a better place? If so, than this volunteer job is for you.
Every student now has the opportunity to have their very personal volunteer mentor to help find your purpose, so that you can develop a passion about creating a PIF program based upon your gift. Once you have your own PIF program, you will be able to contact like minded people and organizations that also want to make the world a better place. Together, we can make a difference!
The Concept: Take a look at the 100 Ways To Pass It Forward for Teens - Pick one way (in your heart) and your volunteer mentor will help you find 99 other like minded people or organizations to do the rest. The "A United World" website will provide all of the tools necessary to implement your idea so you can make a difference in this world! The Pass It Forward Movement is a mentoring movement and is all run by volunteer mentors. Our goal is that every person have the opportunity to have a mentor and to be a mentor. It's about helping others get what they want Now you can create your own Pass it Forward nonprofit program based upon a specific "Pass it Forward Moment that happened in your past."
The Pass It Forward Movement focuses on what is right rather than what is wrong with people and the world. It is a movement that appeals to 100% of people and if it doesn't, it's not part of the pass it forward movement. It's about acts of kindness and doing nice things for others. It's about mentoring and helping others.
The mission of the Pass It Forward Student Movement Program is for every student to have an opportunity to be a mentor of a younger student, and to be mentored by an older student. Each mentor is mentoring in an area that the mentor feels they can be of benefit to a younger student.
Our intention is to recruit students as Pass It Forward Directors in every classroom of every school globally. This website makes available (for free) all of the tools necessary for each person to start their own Pass It Forward Program.
Peer Education / Peer Helping Harness the innate desire of young people to make a positive difference, and give it structure and direction. Equip youth to provide services like conflict resolution, school safety monitoring, tutoring, mentoring, new student orientations. I am happy to report that the Safe School Ambassadors Program is now in over 650 schools, 24,000 students have gone through a professional two day training on how to stop bullying among their peers and are now Safe School Ambassadors. The Pass It Forward Movement wants to help get this program as well as other great programs into 83,000 schools nationwide.
