Cesilee Coulson is the Executive Director of the Washington Initiative for Supported Employment, W.i.S.e.. Ces brings 15 years of experience in training and development to her position, including Board development, strategic plan development and advancement and non-profit management. Utilizing her proficiency in public policy she facilitates policy implementation and process. She designs, implements and manages local and statewide projects as well as provides technical assistance to urban and rural counties, providers, and families on systems design and employment issues.  
 
Ces is certified as an Executive Coach by the Hudson Institute, a Somatic Coach by the Strozzi Institute, a member of the International Coach Federation, and an Edges Coaching Community Member. She holds a Masters Degree in Social Psychology/Exercise and Movement Science from the University of Oregon.

Marsha Threlkeld has over twenty years working in the field of developmental disabilities; working in schools, employment, family services, residential, recreation and arts programs. Presently she has been at W.i.S.e. for 11 years. Marsha is currently the Senior Program Manager for Training and Innovative Projects.  She consults and trains nationally, regionally and locally on Person Centered Career Planning, Employment Successes for Those with Significant Disabilities and Transition Services.

Marsha works primarily with the community to create new solutions to assist in acquiring jobs.   Her work includes Career Portfolios, Career Plans Leading to Defined Employment, and Strategies for Individuals with Significant Disabilities.  Marsha enjoys walking her dog, watching the seasons come and go and teasing her husband and teenage son.

Suzan Snodgrass, currently the Director of Finance for W.i.S.e., has worked in the Finance field for over 20 years. Before coming to W.i.S.e. she served as the Director of Finance for both the Washington State Housing Finance Commission and the Washington Higher Education Financing Authority. In addition to passing the CPA exam she holds a BA in Accounting and a Masters of Science in Finance.  
 
Suzan’s lifelong passion is travel. Whether it’s camping or traveling internationally she enjoys sharing those experiences with her husband and 3 children. When not working or traveling, Suzan also enjoys training her dog.

Susan Harrell has more than twenty years of experience working with and on behalf of people with disabilities through direct services, service agency management, and governmental and agency consulting, with a primary focus of addressing system issues and assisting individuals with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining employment and developing economic self-sufficiency. 
Susan specializes in the following consultation topics: Job Development; Job Coaching; Social Security and Medical Benefits; Work Incentives; Individual Resource Development; Person-Centered Planning; and Policy and Regulation Issues Related to the Self-Sufficiency of Individuals with Disabilities.

Susan lives in Olympia, WA, where she enjoys spending time with her family, playing golf, gardening, and working on home improvement projects.

Jim Corey has over 15 years experience serving people with developmental disabilities 
and their families, support providers, and communities within Washington State. He is
currently a statewide trainer, event coordinator, and technical assistance povider specializing in person centered planning techniques, and self-employment project
development. His background includes work as a direct employment service provider,
state vocational rehabilitation counselor, mental health specialist, residential program 
manager, and trainer. 
 
Jim is also a studio painter, photographer, and writer. He enjoys the outdoors, cooking, 
living in downtown Seattle, Italy, and other creative pursuits.

Cathy Sacco brings over 18 years experience in design, implementation and management of innovative programs focused on employment for individuals with disabilities. Inspired by the values of justice, growth and change, Cathy is currently working on a project that provides mentoring opportunities for youth with disabilities, Project MOVE, and the replication of Project SEARCH in Spokane which is a unique business driven employment program for individuals with disabilities.
 
Cathy balances her work with intentional devotion of time and energy to her husband, children, family, friends, exercise, recreational reading and everything outdoors.

Mark Snodgrass has been involved with the disabilities community in a variety of roles since 1986. His primary focus has been in the field of supported employment, working with families, school districts, support agencies, and county government. Currently, Mark is the Information Technology Manager for the Initiative, and consults on the topics of technology infrastructure, non-profit buying strategies, and web site design.
 
When not at his office in Seattle, Mark can usually be found with his wife Suzan and their three children camping, backpacking, cycling, or boating in the Great Pacific Northwest and beyond.

Sherry McNary has been a part of W.i.S.e. for 5 years. She began the “My Home, My Life” pilot project, which works with individuals and their families on housing solutions in King County. Sherry also works with the King County Work Study Program matching University students as job coaches and community mentors to individuals wanting to live and work in their community. She has worked as a Personal Agent in the Self Determination Project and initiated the AmeriCorps VISTA program at W.i.S.e..
Sherry has had lifelong experiences in the disability world as the sister of a man with a profound developmental disability. She continues to be involved in his life, managing and overseeing his self employment venture, “Doc Destruction”.

Sherry loves to travel, spend time at her home cooking and gardening as well as working on service projects in her community.

Monica McDaniel
is the ADA & Program Manager at W.i.S.e..  Monica provides consultation and trainings on the Americans with Disabilities Act and School To Work Transition program . Monica has over 15 years of experience in advocating and marketing for people with disabilities in competitive employment.  Currently, she provides technical assistance consulting in Developing Natural Supports, Job Coaching, Succesfull Marketing and Job Development.  In addition, she provides a variety of trainings and consulting on the Americans with Disabilities Act and physical ADA site surveys.  
 
In her leisure time Monica enjoys traveling, and spending time with her family.  As a family they enjoy kayaking, cross country skiing and hiking on the ocean shores. Her primary passion is being a mother, gardening and being involved with local community and educational volunteer events.

Joanne Drewsen is currently the Coordinator in Snohomish County for the “Real Choices” federal grant titled Building Careers and Community. For over 25 years, Joanne has been fortunate to participate in innovative projects that assist people with disabilities to live, work, and volunteer as vital members of their community. She has experience in person-centered planning, job development, building community connections, program evaluation, program development, and providing consultation and training to many groups and organizations.  She has a Masters in Special Education from the University of Washington. 
Joanne lives with her husband on 5 acres outside of Stanwood, Washington. She loves spending time with her grown children, and other family and friends, as well as playing tennis, hiking, and making beaded jewelry. She is probably most famous for being a former co-owner of the long time Seattle restaurant, the Sunlight Café.

Tim Foster began working in the industry as a job developer, gaining not only valuable insights into the skills and abilities of those he worked with, but also discovering a passion for helping others reach their goals.  Tim joined W.I.S.E. as a Match Coordinator for Spokane’s Project MOVE, where he works with students and mentors to help ensure a successful transition from high school to higher education or the work place.
 
In his leisure time, Tim enjoys hiking and backpacking on the Inland Northwest’s extensive trail system. In addition, he spends much of his time on the water, participating in water sports with friends and family.

Paul Hovig supports the agency in a variety of ways, and is responsible for adminsitration and staff support.  His duties include copying, shredding and coalating materials.  Outside of the office Paul enjoys frequent bowling trips and singing.  Paul is an avid sportsfan and follows many sports teams.  His favorite teams are the Sonics, Seahawks, Mariners and Huskys.

Jaimie Laitinen joined WiSe while studying Human Services at Western Washington University. Eager to continue her studies concentrating on employment programs for youth and adults with disabilities, she completed an internship at WiSe and was a Work Study Student and an AmeriCorps Student in Service. She is now the Work Study and AmeriCorps Coordinator. Other work in the employment field has included mentoring youth in employment programs and job coaching. Jaimie has also worked with youth and adults with disabilities for the past 5 years in a variety of Seattle Parks and Recreation programs.  
Jaimie loves to use what she has learned at work and in life to nurture her creativity and passion for art. She has been painting and drawing since early childhood and also loves photography and trying to speak French. Her other passions are travel, sports, her family, and being outdoors.
