 clarification of PP

Message clarification of PP was posted by Kim, on 8/26/2009 1:41:17 AM. I'm writing on behalf of my husband. Long story short...we have been trying to get more time in the summers with his son (9). The last 3 yrs have been spent in and out of court and mediation. Our PP states either parent can request add'l vacation time other then summer break, xmas, spring break etc..notice of 30 written notice. My husband's ex continutes to say NO to everything uless it is her idea or fits her schedule. 2 of 3 judges say hub is allowed the time but 3rd judge said our request of 1/2 the summer is NOT reasonable. Ex now has new lawyer who is stating to re-word the PP to give ex the say in how any additional time we get should be spent. Hub and I have been married 5 yrs and have had 2 girls together in that time. SS loves his sisters and constantly asks to spend more time at our house. We feel we are fighting a loosing battle here...all we are trying to do is help my ss in fullfilling his request (and ours) to spend equal time with BOTH families. We have a lawyer (but aren't very happy w/the job she's been doing). Any advice to try and get more time? Or a better lawyer who can fight for dad's rights?
