Message i need help was posted by tower, on 7/21/2009 5:52:26 PM. my ex wants to take my lil grl to texas and she (my lil grl) has been with me almost everday of her life but i lost custody in the devorce cuz i was not properly served and she even had me watching my baby while she went to court (though i didnt know) hardly believed i was devorced till mponth or so ago when i got a suspended liscence report from the dmv for lack of child support. she now claims i have threatend to kidnap my baby and so put a restraining order against me. i have been doin this on my own till now but now she has a good lawer. i could be realyscrewd. here in kitsap county the expedite issues like this pretty fast and my time is short. so if theres any help to be had i am in desperate need. i talked to a lawyer today who told me i have a good case if i can pay 4 thousand up front and if it goes to trial it could be 10. so now i feel as though with enough money i could just buy my kid? and because she has sopmehow been funded she gets to buy her. we are bidding for my baby and while it happens my baby is without her dad and if you knew us you would realy understand how bad that is for the both of us. the only word is lonely.i miss my girl and i know she misses me. she is nine and the last time i was alowwed to talk to her she tells me she cries herself to sleep.
