Uncontested Divorce Help by Dave on 6/18/2009 2:17:54 PM

Message Uncontested Divorce Help was posted by Dave, on 6/18/2009 2:17:54 PM.

I'm getting a divorce soon and thankfully my soon to be ex-wife is being civil about everything. The state tables show that I will be paying over $1,600 per month for two kids, even though she has agreed to less, as she knows that I have to survive also. I am also going to have my kids for 2 weeks out of each month. This seems very unfair to pay that amount and I will be unable to supprt my kids when I have them. A lawyer is not possible due to "no money" being available and again, we both want to be civil for the good of our kids. Any advice?
