I have been battling the DSHS for over four years. My ex and I share custody and everytime he becomes unemployed he goes to DSHS and tells them that our son lives with him. He does but only 8 days out of the month. they don't check and give him money and garnish my wages.... Help! All I can think of is getting a lawyer... Any ideas
