OPERATION RESCUE
In December 2007 Ten Lives Club rescued nine cats from a local breeder of Main Coon and bob tailed cats. These cats did not meet "breeder standards" and were left in a back room neglected, starving, and without any medical care. Sadly, three of these cats died soon after being rescued. The "stud" is suffering multiple medical issues including blindness in one eye, and he is now undergoing medical treatment in hopes of saving his other eye. Once ready for adoption, he will be considered a special needs cat. The three remaining cats (two thankfully have already been adopted) will be ready for adoption in January 2008.
TLC is seeking donations for "operation rescue" to help defray the medical expenses in caring for these rescued cats. Please send your donations for "operation rescue" to: Ten Lives Club P.O. Box 253 North Boston, NY 14110 or submit your donations online below (please specify this cause). Thank you!
