Welcome to our Main Shelter location. Ten Lives Club is a registered non-profit organization that is made up of volunteers all devoted to the club's mission, "to promote, further and enhance all cat life". All cats matter to us no matter if a stray, a personal pet, or a sick cat. Once a cat is surrendered to our group a thorough evaluation is done by one of our affiliated vets and all the necessary testing and shots are given. Most important, they are spayed and neutered. Please call 716 646-5577 to inquire about adopting these beautiful cats!

Cats and Kittens adopted from Ten Lives Club will receive:

Physical exam by one of our Affiliated Veterinarians (30-day health guarantee)
Spay/neutering
Feline Leukemia and FIV testing
Flea and worm treatment
Ear Mite treatment
First set of distemper and rabies shots (kittens if old enough)

Adoption Fees
$75 - adult cat
$100 -2 adult cats adopted together
$90 - kitten (under eight months old)
*2-fur-1 kittens - $150.00
$40 - Special needs cat

Very shy 2-year-old tortie/calico female. Her teeth were extracted due to severe dental disease. She likes other cats, but not dogs or kids.

Schuyler
Schuyler was trapped by a TLC volunteer who kept seeing little paw prints in the snow by her house in the dead of winter. When she was brought inside, she hid for months… not knowing what to think of the people who had rescued her. Eventually, she warmed up and although she’s still a little shy, she loves to curl up in a warm lap and to have her neck scratched. She needs a quiet home… free from dogs and small children. She also needs someone who will be patient enough to gain her trust. Then she’ll be a perfect little companion! Schuyler is about 4 years old. She is spayed and has had all of her shots.

Hercules

Hercules is a fat, funny fellow! He came to TLC as a kitten with pneumonia and the vets did not think he’d survive. However he thrived! He is now 3 years old, loves to play and cuddle and would be a great pet for anyone! He loves to play with other cats but he’s afraid of dogs and small children. He’d be happiest in a quiet home with one or two other cats to play with. He is neutered and has had all of his shots.

Sassafrass

Sassafrass is a very special kitty who needs a special kind of home. She has FIV which is an immune system deficiency (like HIV in people). Don’t worry! People and dogs can’t get this disease, but she does need to stay indoors, needs to eat high quality food and needs to be checked at the vet periodically. Her condition has affected her neurologically and she loses her balance a lot and tends to trip over herself… But she doesn’t let that bother her! She is the sweetest, sweetest little girl. She loves attention and cat treats. She will cuddle for hours at a time. She is spayed and has had all of her shots.

Declawed adult tuxedo male. He enjoys the company of people and he may do best with adults. He is known to become aggressive and territorial with other male cats, but he gets along with female cats. He's not a lap cat, but he he will tolerate being held. He will "talk" when he wants something. He has had some issues with soft stool.

This cat is Mr. Personality! He loves to be the center of attention and loves to be with people. He will purr if you just look at him! He loves to climb on things and roll around in the bathtub. He’s the greatest companion in the world! He’s not crazy about other cats and dogs, but he will tolerate them. He’s approximately six years old, neutered and has had all of his shots.

Heaven

Heaven was found in the parking lot of Hotdog Heaven, in the dead of summer. She was severely dehydrated and malnourished. She was found trying to lick ketchup off of a used packet—she was starving! She is very shy at first but once she gets to know someone, she’ll flop on her back for belly-rubs or meow at the top of her lungs for attention. She’s an absolute doll! Heaven is about 6 years old, but she is still kitten-sized! She is spayed and has had all of her shots.

This gorgeous two year old should have been named Captain Mischief! He loves to play and explore and simply cannot get enough attention! He is also super-cuddly—likes to “spoon” at night. He came to TLC from a shelter in Ohio that didn’t have room for him and was going to put him to sleep. He is neutered and has had all of his shots.

Angel

Angel’s owners moved away, leaving her locked outside in a rabbit’s cage with no food or water. When TLC rescued her she was flea-ridden, terrified, and nearly starved to death. Now she is a healthy (if not “hefty”), happy seven-year-old girl who loves attention. She is looking for a home where she won’t have to share the stage with other cats, dogs, or small children. She is spayed and has had all of her shots.

Hugo

Hugo is a giant. He weighs over 20 pounds! He is a sweet boy who loves to sleep at the foot of the bed and loves to have his back scratched. Adopters seem to always pass him over because he’s older—the vet says he’s at least 10 years old. But we’re hoping that someone will open their heart and their home to him.

Scooby

Poor sweet Scooby has had issues with his teeth and it hurt him to eat for a long time. The vet finally had to remove most of his teeth and now he’s doing much better! He’s still a little thin, but he’s eating like a champion! Scooby is about six years old and he is a wonderful cat! He loves to purr, cuddle and be around people. He is neutered and has all of his shots.
