The fourth unit of Science of Mind 100 series, this class teaches you how to apply the Principles to daily lives, to create prosperous, healthy, joy-filled experiences. Lots of hands-on processes and lively discussions.

| SOM: 204: SPIRITUAL LAWS -- TUESDAY NIGHTS OCTOBER 28 - DECEMBER 16 - 6:30 PM TO 9:00 PM |
During this class, you will gain a greater understanding of the Law of Cause and Effect as the fundamental Law of life. You will acquire a greater understanding of how it operates as a creative principle in many different ways. You will also become more aware of how to use the Law in practical ways, rather than simply as theory.
Based on the book, WORKING WITH THE LAW, by Raymond Holliwell, this is not a dry, theoretical course on the Law. This is one of Rev. Pat's favorite classes to teach, so it will be a dynamic, eye-opening spiritual experience. No prerequisites for the class.

These Wednesday morning sessions are open to all ages and offer up support, networking and socialization with other moms during the week. Join in the fun, and meet other like-minded moms who want their children to have healthy and spiritual values.

If you have experienced a loss of any type, loved one, pet, job, close relationship and need a place to share what you are feeling, please consider joining this group. Here, we provide a safe and comfortable support system offering a better understanding and hope during the grief process. We do this knowing grief has no time limit. Facilitated by Rev. Linda Overton every ST & RD Wednesday of each month at 7 PM.
| STRETCH YOURSELF YOGA SESSIONS - CONNIE LEONARD - FRIDAY NIGHTS - 7 PM |
Find the power within to transform your life with the simple basic principles of Kundalini Yoga. These sessions are for all levels and will focus on the holistic properties of yoga - through correct posture, breathing, and stretching to build strength, flexibility and peace of mind. Bring your mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable attire.
Each session runs from 7:00 to 8:30 PM in A-1.
Fee for each session: $15

Celebrate the Season on November 16TH as our Center's Holiday Family Project kicks off. Join us as we team up with SAFE, a local organization, to help 4 local families in need during the Holidays. These families live in the area and are in need of our love and generosity during the holidays. Together, we provide a special holiday through presents, a holiday dinner and our team of elves who deliver everything to them anonymously. It is a special event, and you can participate through being a team leader, wrapping presents, donating presents, getting sponsors, and delivering the presents. We hope to see you there as we share our love and abundance with those who need it most.

Winter Solstice marks the shortest day, or the longest night, of the year -- it marks the reversal of the Sun's ebbing presence in the sky. We celebrate this planetary moment at our Center, recognizing the life-death-rebirth cycle of the year behind us, and express our joys for the great, new beginnings and the abundant blessings that are to come. This is a celebration you won't want to miss.
