EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETINGS

The Executive Committee meets quarterly, or when called by the Governor, and is made up of the following officers: 

Governor
Vice Governor
Recording Secretary
Financial Secretary
Treasurer
District Youth Leader
District Youth Secretary
Parliamentarian*
Chaplain*

The Executive Board, being made up of the Executive Committee and the Council of Presidents, convenes directly after the Executive Committee Meeting, if scheduled. 

The Council of Presidents Is made of the Presidents of all clubs in good standing.  This Council is chaired by an appointee of the Governor and meets as they deem necessary in addition to the Executive Board meetings.
