Serenity House programs make wise use of taxpayer's money, and have saved an estimated $2 million during the past two years alone. Over the years, our programs have served over 15,000 people.
For example, in our Domiciliary Program:
Arrests are reduced by 64.3%
Jail days are reduced by 59.8%
Medical Costs are reduced by 84.9%
Prosecution costs are reduced by 74.9%
These savings free our tax dollars to be utilized in constructive ways to improve the quality of life in our community.
Serenity House recently conducted satisfaction surveys of our clients, their family members, our staff, and referral sources. The response rate from our stakeholders was (86%).
Survey highlights:
· Overall, 96% of all respondents expressed satisfaction with services that they were provided by Serenity House.
· 98% of staff surveyed rated their responses as “favorable” regarding their satisfaction with the work performed at the organization.
· 96% of clients rated overall service satisfaction as “favorable”.
· 92% of referral agents rated our service satisfaction as “favorable.” Several respondents requested more immediate access to residential services.
· 95% of family members reported “favorable” responses to questions regarding satisfaction with services.

· Staff: “I believe that Serenity House staff are true to the mission of the agency.”
· Clients: “Serenity House has literally saved my life. Today I have hope.”
· Referral Agents: “We have seen clients that have been long term homeless received treatment and other services from your staff. Thank you.”
· Family Members: “Many thanks for your quality services.”
